Every season, a new mission comes. The new mission will come very soon. Billybob didn’t say many details because it’s too erly.Here is a drawing
If your penguin is 30 days old, you can take a quiz and apply to be a Secret Agent. Just click the M on the top right of your play screen, and then click the button that says “Become a Secret Agent”.
Also Billybob said that Rockhopper will come very soon. He’s not visible in the at the telescope yet.
PS: Oh, I didn’t write this post fast cause It was almost midnight in my city when Billybob posted this 
There are two ways to meet me in Club Peguin:
1.Go to the "meet me!!" page and write date, time, place (server and room) and your name (I'll tell ya if it's ok)
2.Write the same things in the box, and if it says that I'm online I can meet you (I'll first tell you "ok").
